5-Star Service. 5-STAR Protection.
Our Warranty Program
A roof is only as good as the warranty behind it. As Northwest Arkansas's only CertainTeed ShingleMaster Premier contractor, David's can register warranty protection no other local roofer can offer.
SureStart PLUS 5-STAR
The strongest warranty in roofing
Every CertainTeed shingle roof we install carries the manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty. But qualifying full-system installations from David's can go much further: SureStart PLUS 5-STAR protection, CertainTeed's highest level of coverage — available only through ShingleMaster Premier contractors.
Most roof warranties quietly prorate, shrinking to a partial materials credit after the first decade and leaving labor and disposal costs to you. 5-STAR doesn't.
50 Years, Non-Prorated
5-STAR coverage doesn't depreciate like standard warranties. If covered shingles fail, the materials, labor, tear-off, and disposal to replace them are all included — for 50 years on qualifying single-family homes.
30-Year Workmanship Coverage
Installation workmanship is covered for 30 years and backed by CertainTeed itself — not just the contractor — so your protection stands no matter what.
Transferable for 20 Years
Selling your home? 5-STAR coverage transfers to the new owner during the first 20 years — a genuine advantage when you list.
We Register It for You
CertainTeed requires registration shortly after installation. David's handles it, and you receive your warranty confirmation directly from CertainTeed.
Why only David's?
NWA's only ShingleMaster Premier contractor
ShingleMaster Premier is the top tier of CertainTeed's contractor credentialing program — earned through training, installation standards, and track record — and it's the only tier authorized to register 5-STAR warranties. In Northwest Arkansas, that's David's Roofing alone.
